Celebration of Creation: Earth Is an Installation

We commence with sharing what Living Inside Out means to us, and describe our first event.     
The first event "Earth Is an Installation" was held on the 10th of July, 2010 in Florida.  The venue, The Bubble, was chosen for its genuine devotion to the Network of Independent Working Artists.    The name for our first event, Celebration of Creation, was contributed by the lead singer of a band featured at our first event.  Founded upon the principle of extending conscious awareness of artists and musicians in the South Florida area, given the continual shifts that human beings embrace, this event focused on embracing living with awareness.  Letting all celebrate these metamorphoses by enhancing the methods in which we create space for ourselves on this planet, this event welcomed all to themselves, naturally, and to the collaborative process.  Artists, Musicians, Performance Artists, and guests took partin a Collaborative Graffiti Mural Project.  Earth is an Installation covered in New Times Magazine: http://www.browardpalmbeach.com/2010-07-08/calendar/art-for-your-sake/.

Liza Lichtinger will arrive to CELLspace after a two month expedition through Asia for our second event.  The second event will be held in the Summer of 2011 through Project 2048 in San Francisco.  The venue, CELLspace was specifically chosen as a platform for interconnectedness and movement providing engagement for the community to share and create in an arena streaming a positive production current.  Liza attributes her vitality to the stylus which creates a path of multifarious perception through the lexicon of human and natural relations.  During her residency at Project 2048 Liza's mission involves the expression of art in an integrative culture.  Liza expresses the delicate dualistic balance between individuals and nature within her works.  As a resident international artist Liza's focus will involve photography intertwined with a short story, sound vibration, performance and visual art.  The ability to levitate the mind through this artistic forum imitates potential for exploration, for which to express what could be.  Through this collective collaboration like-minded individuals are welcome to unity in a microcosm mirroring the possibility for worldwide creation.  Interrelating the senses invites guests to participate in the magnitude of sensory connection.

Art for Your Sake

The clothes you wear, the type of rebellion you engage in, what you choose to furnish your house with, all represent ways in which you express yourself. Ways in which you yourself are a piece of art. In turn, everything you do works — or hopefully should work — on a creative level. Art is, after all, a natural form of communication. We all want to leave our mark, say something about something, even if the moment is fleeting.

That is the philosophy behind “Celebration of Creation — Earth Is an Installation.”As show coordinator Liza Lichtinger, who will also showcase some work, puts it, “We want to allow people to express themselves in any way they know how.” In other words, leave them unedited and unhindered by theme, medium, and, well, anything. Works will include paintings by Fort Lauderdale pop surrealist Erick Arenas, sculptures and installations by Time/Peace, henna by Arti, and media productions by Omega Boy. Local bands Dooms de Pop, Trav, Ctrl+alt+dlt, and Ketchy Shuby will perform.

Liza Gopika Lichtinger will arrive to CELLspace after a two month expedition of seva and exploration through Asia.  As a Psychotherapist and Yoga instructor, Liza also is the designer and founder of Gopi Bliss Apparel & Spa.  Research on Sensory Awareness Mindfulness Synaesthesia Methods with client populations guides Liza’s creative focus to integral elements in the human being experience.  
 
Extending exploration of प्राण prāṇa in the world, Liza Licht continues her series of exhibits.  The path of human and natural relations is embraced through presentation of the second exhibit in this series entitled 
“Celebration of Creation: Earth Is an Installation”.

During her residency at Project 2048 Liza Licht’s mission involves expression of art in integrative cultures placing into service writing weaved with photography, and a trailer of the film One Truth.  Additional elemental branches provide a platform for interconnectedness and movement engaging the community to receive and create in an arena streaming a positive production current.
 
Extending the series planted in Florida, Liza aligns with World-Spirit creating the documentary One Truth.  The film invites the observer to awaken their senses through multicultural windows shot throughout the planet Earth.  Branching into a delicate balance between individuals and nature, the sustained fulfillment one may achieve when connecting to a chosen source is captured in a series of interviews revealing parallels of truth across the world.  
 
On the 11th of August CellSpace will house Liza Lichtinger’s exhibit: 
Earth Is an Installation.  The ability to levitate the mind through artistic forums extends potential for exploration expressing what could be.  Eclectic elements feature dedication to sharing ideas observed, interacted with and lived amongst.  Through this collective collaboration individuals are welcome to unify in a microcosm mirroring the possibility for one world spirit existence.
